The Colorado Plateau Museum of Arthropod Biodiversity offers summer bug camps each year from June –August. The camps are offered to any child ages 7-14, eager to learn about insect biodiversity.

During a one week summer bug camp, kids learn about insect natural history and biodiversity through a series of fun projects and collecting trips.

Summer bug camps are often held at the Willow Bend Environmental Education Center conveniently located next to the Rio de Flag.  An ideal bug collecting spot!
